01

New Clients

Everything you need to know before your first visit to Haus.

I'm new to Haus. What should I book?

If you already know which service you'd like, you can book directly online. If you're unsure which treatment makes the most sense for your goals, start with a consultation. We'll talk through your concerns and help determine an appropriate next step.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

It depends on the treatment. Some services may require an evaluation or consultation before treatment, while others can be booked directly. If you're unsure, contact our team or book a consultation first.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

We'll start by getting to know you, your concerns, relevant history, and your goals. Depending on the service, your provider may evaluate the treatment area and discuss options, expectations, aftercare, and an individualized treatment plan.

What if I don't know exactly what I want?

That's completely okay. You don't need to arrive knowing the name of a treatment. Tell us what you're noticing and what you'd like to address, and we'll help you understand which options may make sense.

02

Injectables

Neuromodulators, filler, lip treatments, EZ Gel, and more.

What's the difference between Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Daxxify®?

These are all neuromodulators used to temporarily reduce muscle activity in selected treatment areas, but their formulations and individual response can differ. Your provider can recommend an option based on your goals, treatment history, and preferences.

Will my injectable results look natural?

Our approach is centered around balance and individualized treatment. We'll discuss the degree of change you're looking for and create a plan around your features rather than using the same approach for every patient.

What is Full Face Tox?

Full Face Tox takes a more comprehensive approach to neuromodulator treatment rather than focusing on one isolated area. The areas treated and amount used are determined by your provider based on your anatomy and goals.

What's the difference between a lip flip and lip filler?

A lip flip uses a neuromodulator around selected muscles near the upper lip, while lip filler uses dermal filler to add or restore volume and shape. They are different treatments and may be appropriate for different goals.

What is EZ Gel?

EZ Gel is created from components of your own blood and used as part of a regenerative aesthetic approach. Your provider can explain how it is prepared, where it may be used, and whether it is appropriate for your concerns.

03

Facials + Skin

Customized facials, acne-focused care, exfoliation, and ongoing skin maintenance.

Which facial should I book?

It depends on your skin and goals. Haus offers customized facials ranging from routine maintenance and glow-focused treatments to acne-focused care and elevated 90-minute experiences. If you're unsure, we'll help guide you toward the best fit.

How often should I get a facial?

The ideal frequency depends on your skin, goals, home-care routine, and the type of treatment you're receiving. Your provider can recommend a schedule based on your individual skin needs.

What do you offer for acne-prone skin?

Haus offers an Acne Facial featuring Face Reality® as well as professional treatment options that may be incorporated into an acne-focused skincare plan. Recommendations depend on your skin and current routine.

What's the difference between dermaplaning and microdermabrasion?

Both are exfoliating treatments, but they use different techniques. Dermaplaning uses a specialized blade to remove surface buildup and fine facial hair, while microdermabrasion uses mechanical exfoliation to address the outermost layer of the skin.

04

Microneedling

Collagen-focused treatments customized around your skin goals.

What does microneedling do?

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the skin to support its natural renewal response and collagen production. It may be used for concerns such as uneven texture, the appearance of acne scars, enlarged pores, fine lines, and overall skin quality.

What's the difference between a facial and microneedling?

Facials primarily focus on surface-level cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and skin maintenance. Microneedling creates controlled microchannels and is generally selected when a patient wants a more corrective, collagen-focused treatment.

What is microneedling with PRP?

This treatment combines microneedling with platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood. Your provider can explain the process and determine whether PRP is appropriate to incorporate into your treatment.

What is microneedling with exosomes?

This option pairs microneedling with a topical exosome-based product as part of the treatment experience. Your provider can discuss the product used and whether this option is appropriate for your skin.

What is microneedling with tox?

This treatment combines a microneedling treatment plan with a tox-based skin treatment. Technique and candidacy are determined by the provider based on your skin, goals, and medical history.

05

Chemical Peels

Professional exfoliation and advanced options for more targeted skin concerns.

Which chemical peel is right for me?

Haus offers several peel options for different concerns, including VI Peel Original, Advanced, Purify, Precision Plus, Purify + Precision Plus, and Body. Your provider can recommend an option based on your skin, concerns, treatment history, and desired level of downtime.

Will I peel after a chemical peel?

Visible peeling and downtime vary depending on the peel, your skin, and treatment intensity. Your provider will review what you can expect and provide appropriate aftercare instructions for your specific treatment.

Can chemical peels help with pigmentation?

Certain professional peels may be selected for concerns involving uneven tone and visible discoloration. Because pigmentation can have different causes, your provider will evaluate your skin before recommending a treatment.

06

Laser Hair Removal

What to know about treatment areas, sessions, and long-term hair reduction.

How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?

Laser hair removal generally requires a series because hair grows in different cycles. The number and timing of treatments vary based on the treatment area, hair and skin characteristics, and individual response.

Is laser hair removal permanent?

Laser hair removal is intended to provide long-term hair reduction. Individual results vary, and some patients may need maintenance treatments over time.

What areas can be treated?

Haus offers laser hair removal for multiple areas of the face and body, including the face, lip, chin, sideburns, underarms, arms, legs, chest, stomach, back, bikini area, and Brazilian treatment areas.

Why do I need multiple treatments?

Hair follicles aren't all active at the same time. Treatments are spaced over time so hair can be addressed as it moves through different stages of its growth cycle.

07

CoolPeel + Moveo Glo

Advanced laser treatments for resurfacing, pigmentation, redness, tone, and texture concerns.

What's the difference between CoolPeel and CoolPeel Advanced?

Both use CO₂ laser technology, but the treatment intensity can be customized. Haus offers standard CoolPeel for concerns such as superficial wrinkles, texture, fine lines, and pigmentation, while CoolPeel Advanced is offered for more involved concerns such as deeper wrinkles, acne scars, and etched-in lines.

What is Moveo Glo used for?

Moveo Glo is offered for visible concerns including unwanted pigmentation, redness, visible vessels, uneven tone, and signs of aging. Your provider will determine whether your specific concern is appropriate for treatment.

Can every dark spot be treated with a laser?

No. Pigmented spots can have different causes, and not every lesion is appropriate for cosmetic laser treatment. Areas of concern should be evaluated before treatment.

Is there downtime after laser treatments?

Downtime varies significantly depending on the technology, treatment intensity, area treated, and your individual skin response. Your provider will explain what to expect before treatment.

Can I combine laser treatments with other Haus services?

Potentially. The appropriate timing depends on the treatments involved and your skin. Let your provider know about recent or upcoming aesthetic and skincare treatments so your appointments can be planned appropriately.

08

Contouring + Kybella

Personalized treatment for submental fullness and profile definition.

What does Kybella treat?

Kybella® is FDA-approved to improve the appearance of moderate to severe submental fat, or fullness beneath the chin, in adults.

How many Kybella treatments will I need?

Treatment plans vary. Some patients may require multiple sessions depending on the amount of submental fullness and their individual response. Your provider will recommend a plan after evaluating you.

Is there downtime after Kybella?

Swelling is common following Kybella and can be noticeable, particularly after treatment. Bruising, discomfort, numbness, redness, or firmness can also occur. Your provider will review expected side effects and aftercare before treatment.

Is Kybella the same as filler?

No. Kybella is used to treat submental fat beneath the chin, while dermal fillers are used for different aesthetic purposes such as restoring or enhancing volume and contour.

How do I know if I'm a candidate for Kybella?

A consultation is the best place to start. Your provider will evaluate the area, your medical history, anatomy, and goals before determining whether Kybella is appropriate.
